We charge by the hour and by the number of Artist(s). All events require a depoist. Bookings are not finalized until the deposit is made in full.  After the deposit is made the remainder is due cash or check the day of the event. The prices listed below include the deposit.

One Artist (One service or  two service split time)

If you need more time the day of the event add 30min for $45, one artist.

Two Artists (Two Services)

• 4.0 Hours - $605

If you need more time the day of the event add 30min for $60, two artists.

Travel over 20min from 90808 may incur a small travel fee or time minimum. 

For Face Painting, Painters come with a book of inspiration. All children are welcome to any of the designs offered. No luck with our book, no problem. Kids are incouraged to work with the artist to search or create a design they like. Some designs may be suggested based on child's age and amount of wiggles.

For Balloons, what designs are offered at your event is dependent on what your Entertainer knows and thier book of inspiration. 

Artist will start with face paint, painting until the halfway marker of the time booked. Then for the second half the artist will proceed with balloon twsiting. 

Even if lets say balloons are super popular and face painting is not, instead of waiting around your artist can do more balloons and be flexable with what the kids want.

At least 30min-1hour after the start of your event! Not when the party starts, otherwise your artist may not have any kids to paint in the beginning, and then have too many at the end of their time. 

If you have any shows or performers we suggest you book an artist after or before so the kids attention is not conflicted.

Just a small space preferablyin the shade and by other activites like a bounce house. 

If your event is at night please provide lighting for the Entertainer. 

We have 2 chairs and a small table we can bring, or if you have extra chairs/table space we can use that is great!

Availability

• We book by first come first service, availability is not guaranteed. Your booking is ONLY finlaized after the booking form is complete and the deposit is paid in full.
• If the entertainer has availability after your booking you may extend time. HOWEVER, availability to extend time is not guaranteed.

Price Agreement

• The cost and time chosen during booking will not change at the event UNLESS talked about and agreed upon prior.

Payment

• A deposit is due to secure an entertainer. 
• Your remaining balance is due at the event by cash or check only. 
• The entertainers do not carry change on them, please have the payment to him/her prior to their booking time ending. 

Tips

• They will not advertise for tips from guests or yourself but do appreciate tips.

Service

We are entertainers not babysitters, please watch young children. If you do not wish to have your artist offer certain designs like sword balloons and skeleton faces please inform your artist ahead of time.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone being inappropriate, disturbing other clients or any member of the Art2Entertain team. We suggest any child under 2 does not get a face painting as they have sensitive skin.  We will not paint on any crying or upset child.

Art2Entertain is not responsible for any injury or allergic reaction to the paint, balloons, or other material.

Cancelation 

• If the artist is unable to perform his or her service they will immediately inform the client and try and find a replacement artist. If a replacement cannot be found the full deposit will be refunded.
• The deposit is non-refundable under most other circumstances.
